"I called to schedule an appointment for someone who needs to see the doctor ASAP, I explained the situation and receptionist told me that they do take new patients and asked me for insurance information. After I provided the information she told me that they are not in network and can not take us. I said we don’t care about insurance, I never mentioned I would want to go through insurance as I knew majority of those clinics does not take insurance at all, it’s self pay. I said we can pay and I don’t care how much, we just need a help. Receptionist said no, nothing we can do, we won’t take you, bye. Business oriented company, doesn’t care about people."
