"Katie and Deb at Hope Counseling are both amazing, friendly, and welcoming. As someone who was really nervous to start counseling, I hit the jackpot with Katie. I never feel judged by her and she has helped me overcome some pretty big mental roadblocks. I don't know where I would be in my mental health journey if it weren't for her. Anyone considering counseling should give them a call. You can't go wrong with either of these two ladies. Best decision I ever made."

"I was excited to have a new place like Hope counseling in our small community of Island Lake but it turns out they don’t do what they say they do I called in to get some information and said they get back to me within 24 hours and did not place any sense of urgency or follow-through that seems like not a very good place to get counseling in my opinion I do not recommend them at all I think they have excuses just like everybody else and why they don’t have to do what they say to do my mother always said a promise kept is a promise made"
