"Can't say enough good things about Cheryl. She is able to correctly guess things about you by having little bits of knowledge about your history and meds, THAT'S how incredibly knowledgeable she is. She uses cutting edge psychiatry including genetic testing and blood labs to determine exactly what is off about your brain chemisty...what she DOESNT do is take your symptoms, make a guess at a diagnosis, then make a guess at a medication based off that assumed diagnosis. She gets right down to brass tacks and uses all the technology available to her to make an extremely accurate approximation of your needs. She is very personable and will tell you about her business and her vision, disclose her own past to normalize and de-stigmatize struggle, and treat you like a PERSON instead of a CASE. "Thorough" is her middle name, and she is changing the game for the patients out there who have suffered mentally for years that left them on medicaid, unhoused, or addicted. She can create hope for the hopeless with her bare hands."

"I'm not sure what is going on but all I have are problems and issues. Now. Rx refills will cost $20 if not done at office visit. I would love for my medications to be sent to the pharmacy at my visit, however it's never done correctly or for the wrong mg etc. Sad cause I feel like she could be good but this place is far from professional and only getting worse."

"Not for me. For me, I expect my mental health provider to listen and allow me to express my issues, ask questions, etc. Every single appointment was Cheryl going off on a tangent about something, usually irrelevant and unrelated to me or why I was there. She never bothered to discuss how the prescription she gave me was working for me, and was noticbly offended when I said I didn't want to take it anymore. One appointment, she said she couldn't fix my problems with medication, which made me wonder if she forgot she gave me a prescription or not. I was put off when I showed up for an appointment and she had her purse on her shoulder, all the lights turned off, closing the blinds, as if she forgot about my appointment. We sat in the dark and in midst of conversation, she pointed to me in a manner in which to indicate my name. As if she didn't know what my name was, which made me wonder how she was able to adequately chart my visits, care, etc. Lastly, the office overbilled my insurance company, and inevitably me. It took almost 8 weeks for them to refund me. When speaking with Brandon regarding billing, he actually said that if it wasn't for having to wait on insurance, he would have refunded me already so he wouldn't have to speak to me again. Personally, I just found them to be cold, dismissive, and unprofessional."
