"Dr. Robinett is by far one of the best rheumatologists I've ever had taking care of me, he and his staff are attentive and made sure to listen to all of my concerns and answer any of the questions I had during our appointment. His staff is very welcoming and the office is clean and organized and runs smoothly. I've had my rheumatoid arthritis diagnosis for 15 years now so I've seen my fair share of rheumatologists and I'm very used to waiting months to get an appointment. One rheumatologist wanted to schedule me out 7 months for a new patient appointment, and when I called Dr. Robinett's office on a Friday afternoon they were able to schedule me for that Monday, which is unheard of for me. The front desk staff (I believe her name is Mary) was so kind to me when I was having issues with my insurance, she made sure to double check and then triple check that he was in network and called to reassure me when there was miscommunication with my insurance company thinking Dr. Robinett was out of network. I received my new patient paperwork via email so I could print it at home over the weekend and bring it in for my appointment which cut down on wait time and made the starting process take no time at all. On top of that I'm very used to waiting in the room for 30-45 minutes before my rheumatologist comes in to see me after checking in, I signed in and waited less than 10 minutes to go back and waited less than 5 minutes before he came in the room to do the appointment. He's very knowledgeable and friendly and I didn't feel rushed during my appointment. He has excellent bedside manner, he listened to what my concerns and requests are and overall made me feel like he genuinely cares about me and my health plan moving forward. I'm very thankful I was referred to him and look forward to future appointments with him as my rheumatologist."
