"No help. They Have you scheduled appointments for 3 days a week for months in the future but cant even get the treatment yet. Now all of that is a waste because got a new Dr there who doesn't feel comfortable telling my job why I need to be off the days to do the treatment? Ok. Thanks for the months of paperwork for not even 1 treatment"

"Bad experience with billing from this company. I was charged $100 for no show fees when I gave indication I couldn’t make it to the appointments and they charged me way more than what was quoted for the visits. My total bill now is over $500. There is absolutely no way I can pay that and they never gave me any indication that the bill was reaching that level, in fact it simply does not make sense for it to be that high because the online visits were supposedly only $70 per visit and I paid each time I met. I will be reporting this because I believe it’s fraudulent charges. EDIT: I DID notify my provider that I wouldn’t be able to make said “missed” appointments and we cancelled them and I was still charged $100 twice for supposed missed appointments even though I made it abundantly clear I wouldn’t be able to make it. Read the other reviews, the bad ones are not lying. The billing dept incorrectly charges their clients and does so even after it’s been cleared up that the client cannot make it. Like another reviewer stated before me, avoid this place at ALL costs. You will regret coming here, I know I certainly do."

"I feel a need to write this in hopes someone who looks into Heading Health can make an informed decision on who they use for their mental health needs. When I first started with Heading, it went well. I had multiple appointments with the same doctor & she was great. I was then moved to another doctor based on mine going on maternity leave & was told when she returned back I would be able to move back to my original doctor. Since then, I was passed from doctor to doctor with MULTIPLE cancellations in between thus making it close to impossible to get my medications refilled. This, on top of horrible communication & client service is truly dangerous as a mental health facility. I was left with no response via email & phone calls for months. I finally left the practice & now in Jan 2024- I have received invoices for appointments I already paid for from May 2023 and even invoices for appointments they cancelled. After emailing with their billing customer service to hopefully get an understanding, I was met with a rather dry & not friendly response. Alas, they fixed my invoices, the least I could ask for, but appreciate my time with them being done & over."

"I am so thankful to have found Heading Health. Several months ago I was seeing a terrible psychiatrist who didn't listen to me and just gave me more and more pills to take. I couldn't take it anymore and came across Heading Health. Since day 1 every person I have talked to has been kind and professional. I see Helena Hernandez and I can't thank her enough for everything she has done for me. I'm still working on myself but I'm in a much better place because of her. I have also had counseling sessions with Kim Johnson and she is wonderful. I have talked to some great and some not so great therapists before but Kim is in my top 3 for sure. Both of these ladies genuinely seem to care about my well being. Even when I lost my health insurance I still kept my appointments because they are well worth my money. I can't say enough good things about my experiences. Thank you to Helena, Kim, and everyone else at Heading Health."
