"This place is amazing. The therapist go beyond treatment and actually care about your child and their situation. They offer referral treatments and opportunities for your child outside of their organization as well. My child started therapy summer of 2021 and my insurance company, which is Champ VA was extremely difficult to work with. They repeatedly turned down claims and despite them calling over and over again, including me, no one could figure out what needed to be done to send the claim in right! For such a long time they continued to do treatment for my child with no pay because the owner says my child deserves it. I cannot begin to explain how much that means to me since my child struggles. After many hours spent on the phone with Champ VA and tons of time and confusion they think they finally figured it out! I pray to God they did! Shame on Champ VA and God Bless Freedom of Speech!"
