"I have had only positive experiences with the actual clinics, doctors and nursing staff, etc. for several years. But my first time ever calling the administration office?? Wow literally can’t even get anyone on the phone! The first time the call went through they pushed the hold button…didn’t say hello or anything. So I sat and waited in complete silence. Second attempt they tried to act like they were calling me OR they pushed the wrong button and merged two CALLERS because some lady all of a sudden was asking ME if I was “medical records”!!! I’m like what in the world?? The 3rd attempt they literally just HUNG UP ON MY CALL. Really, really disappointing and honestly pretty scary if I really actually needed mine or my husband’s medical records (THEIR JOB) because I can see possibly having to get professional help in obtaining them. And believe me, I would. I think I can get what I need today from the app (thank goodness), otherwise I would obviously get no help at all from this office. Shame on them. Kelsey-Seybold DO BETTER."
"It should really be a zero. They tried to deny me medical care over a 10 yr outstanding bill that was sent to an address I haven't lived at for 11 yrs. The rigamarole I've had to endure because my current insurance has them as my primary provider is absolutely ridiculous. All I'm trying to do is get my kids physicals for the year. It has been one thing after another. If you are considering them.... Run quickly in the opposite direction and save yourself the trouble."
"Building is nice. Easy access and plenty of parking. There is a walking trail near by that is very convenient. Front desk staff is always friendly and helpful."
"So Kelsey Seybold is charging 5x more co payments that what they are supposed to be. I have been charged $65.00 (twice) for a Dr visit and should have been charged $10.00. I explained it to the front line agent this $65.00 is incorrect. Agent advised if I didn't pay they could not check me in and I would not be able to see the Dr. ( which I have been waiting months to see). I was forced to pay. Called the Buisness Office dept spoke to Jamsine about this issue and asked to look into this matter and issue a refund. Explained I have already verified with my Insurance carrier what the charges should be. Jasmine rudely states I will not be getting a refund until claim is approved could take up to 30 days or longer. This is totally unacceptable to hold my funds that rightfully belongs to me and Kelsey not to accumulate intrest on monies rightfully not theirs. It is Kelsey Seybold responsibility to obtain the accurate co payments for each visit especially when I have provided my insurance information. I have 6 specialist I see within Kelsey network and must I say the Doctor's are phenomenal However the buisness part of Kelsey Seybold is trash. Unethical practices are definitely a concern in regards to over charging patients and holding their money for 30 plus days. I will be filing a formal complaint with all my Doctors also Tony Lin to make him aware of what's going on."
"Have been trying to get bill straight for months with no result.I have paid my out of pocket but still billed for a balance.Have been dealing with this since Feb.and every person I have spoken to has agreed I am right but nothing has been corrected. Now Kelsey has turned part of the account over to a collection agency."
