ABC 123 Pediatric Dentistry

"I've had a fair experience with ABC123 Dentist, but unfortunately, the quality has been steadily declining. While the hygienists and the doctor are generally fine, there's one staff member, possibly the office manager, who has been consistently rude. During my daughter's treatment, an unexpected charge was added with a vague explanation, and the handling of the situation was unprofessional, including throwing paperwork(iPad) at me to sign. Additionally, a simple 8-minute treatment required a separate appointment, which seemed inefficient. The staff's persistence for payment while I was on a business call, even after approving the additional treatment, was intrusive and unprofessional. The lack of clarity on the treatment's necessity, especially when it didn't show up on the X-ray, raises concerns about their transparency and service quality. I value clear communication and professionalism in dental services, and unfortunately, ABC123 Dentist did not meet these expectations. I hope this feedback helps others make informed decisions."

"Would give 10 stars if I could! Staff was patient and kind with my 7 year old, who had had a bad experience at a previous dentist. Office staff is organized and knowledgeable- they make sure to check what is and isn’t covered, so no surprise costs when I get there. Super clean and updated space and equipment. The dentist isn’t the funnest place for anyone, but they make me want to jump in the chair, and get my teeth checked!"

"This practice was recommended by our pediatrician. Have been taking the kids there for past 4 years. Great service. Older one's teeth are fine and annual cleaning is enough for him. Younger one needs more work on his teeth. No problems with the dental work so far."

"My kids have been going there for 10 years and while the hygienists are fabulous Dr. Diaz has gotten crankier with each passing year with the kids. It's like we always catch her on a bad day, and not only do I see it; my kids see it. Plus this just happened: my daughter came down with a severe sore throat. Her throat was streaky and white. It was bad. I called 32 hours in advance as soon as they opened on a Monday to cancel appointments for two of my kids and they charged me cancellation fees immediately. I couldn't have cancelled earlier, she did not have the symptoms 48 hours in advance (and they weren't even open)to meet their policy for cancellations. Before I complained, there was no mention of waiving the fee with a doctor note. Now they have to get special managerial approval to remove the fees, but the fees hit my account as soon as I called to cancel. I know people cancel appointments all the time on short notice but there needs to be more common sense to it. It could make people think twice about cancelling and go ahead and bring their sick kid in and infect all the staff and all the kids who have appointments after. We have never missed an appointment EVER in 10 years and have always paid immediately. I think it is time for us to move on and find a new practice. When long time patients get sick and are charged fees immediately to cancel for the very first time EVER and have to first object to be told they can try to get a manager to waive the fee with a doctor note, it reminds me medical/dental care is just not what is should be any more. I am not sure I owe this practice loyalty when it comes with a fee."

"The office is clean and modern! They received quick and thorough dental exams/x-ray/cleanings. My littles are 3 years old and 1 year old! The staff was professional, kind, and patient! My daughters both cried a bit, but tears and whining did not phase them and they got the job done. They made sure they were comfortable and allowed them some time to feel better. I loved it! I love when pediatric clinics/offices/professionals have great training in working with children!"
