"I waited to write a review in case the service changed mid treatment. It didn't, so here goes. Dr Alba is ONE OF A KIND 100%. Her customer service is bar-none exceptional. We started a treatment plan in December and she took the time to explain everything in detail so the patient understands the whole process from the beginning to the end. I have seen many doctors in my lifetime and unfortunately I've noticed most have lost care for their patients need & they care more about their "bottom line". I didn't feel that while seeing this doctor & I'd suggest for other doctors to take a training class with this talented woman. I pray for much success for her and her team of ladies who also have excellent customer service skills. Please give this local woman owned family business a try, you will not regret it!!"
