"Went here for initial appointment for our kiddo. Everyone seemed good, hygienist was great and very informative. Dentist showed up and left me with nothing to go back for… seemed impersonable, rushed, didn’t take time to answer my questions but said the next lady would answer them. When next lady came, she was addressing financials and hence non-clinical to answer my question. Im sorry but this dentist was recommending a procedure where our son would be given anesthesia. The least she could’ve done is explain what she’s recommending, and take the time to answer my questions. I will not return here."
"They had terrible coordination during COVID-19. We showed up 5 minutes before our appointment, but they told us due to COVID-19, only 1 family was allowed in the lobby at a time, so we were instructed to wait in the car and they would call us when our appointment was ready. After 15 minutes, they called us and informed us that we were late, even though they never informed us that we were allowed to go in. But the worst part came later, after the appointment was over. I was instructed to wait in my car and told they would call me to pick up my kids. I saw many families come in and come out, but my kids never came out. After over an hour, I had not any call informing me to pick up my kids, but it felt like such a long time that I went to check to see f my kids were ready, only to find out my kids had been waiting for me for 30 minutes in the lobby, along with two other families. It turns out that they told my kids to wait for me to get them but they never called me. I don’t know who they are protecting with the one family at a time rule because there were two other families next to my children."
"First time at Dr Carpio and I cannot be more happy. Trying to find a dentist to accommodate my autistic daughter isn’t easy, but Dr Carpio and her staff made my daughter feel so comfortable and she got through the whole appointment without a meltdown. Happy dad here!"
