"I visited with Dr.Troyan and I was very very anxious bc It was time to have lab work bc Diabetes 2. Really I just wanted to leave and forget since last year I was very dissapointed with some of VM refferals that I was recommended 5 years ago and last year. But this time his assistant Julissa great me and listen as well Dr.Troyan like never before. Besides that I will always rate them a 5. THE BEST DOCTOR I HAVE HAD AND HIS STAFF WITH VM."
"Dr Troyan always listens to me and is genuinely interested in my health concerns. I never seemed rushed or looked over. I recommend Village Medical Group of doctors and nurses."
"So glad to have Dr. Troyan as my PCP. Been with him for many years. Excellent doctor with wonderful bedside manner."
"The staff at the office can be quite rude, and it's a struggle to get in touch with anyone there. If your prescription needs a refill and Dr. Troyan is out of town, it's a problem because they don't have a backup plan to help you out. I get my prescription refilled every month. How hard is it to let the patient know or have a contingency plan for your patients when you are not in the office? Every time I've gone, I end up waiting longer for Dr. Troyan to do his rounds then the time he actually address my medical issues. Right now, as I'm writing this review, I've been waiting for over a week to get my prescription refilled. It's frustrating that the staff does not care about their patients at all."
"COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Terrible bedside manner. He was an hour and a half late, and then insisted he only had 15 minutes with us because he had other patients. He told my Mom to shut up, and told my grandmother to stop telling him about other issues because he needed to get these notes in within the 15 minute timeframe. We got into a yelling match due to his utter disregard for anyone else's time and straight up disrespect. I wouldn't go to this man if I was dying. I asked him a question about side effects for a new prescription and he said, word for word "I am not going to spoon feed you this information, you can figure it out when you read the print out on the prescription." This is literally his job, to make sure there is no drug interactions and to let my grandmother know what she needs to look out for. Negative 4 stars."
