"Doctor was nice and thorough. The 1 star is their office, which refused my referral to their own Dr in network with a useless appointment, a waste of my time and expense, when it could have just been sent over. Care is good here, this back office, by their own admission, is horrific. Whoever runs the office should have been fired 3 years ago. I wish I had the same Drs working somewhere else. I could write volumes on the office incompetency."

"Truly the best doctor I have ever had. She's kind, patient, and actually takes the time to listen without judgment and explain everything thoroughly. You see doctors like that on television but it is so rare to find them in real life. My only "complaint" is that she is typically booked out for a couple of weeks, which makes it difficult to get into to see her on short notice. However, I know this is also just further proof of her competence as a healthcare provider. Highly recommend Dr. Edwards as well as the rest of her team at Village Medical (Katy location). They have an awesome support staff as well."
