"This practitioner delayed my diagnosis by refusing to order tests or look more into my medical conditions. He overprescribed a lot, almost as if he just met with a drug rep. Mr. Epple also got very personally offended when I finally saw a specialist. His sheer arrogance, constant overprescribing and dismissing my symptoms really hurt my health. Highly unprofessional. Edit: Response: Dear Mr. Epple, I used a pseudonym in anticipation of your response. Looks like I was right to do so. Your defensiveness speaks for it all. It is my right to protect my privacy, and your reply just amplified my claims in my truthful review."
