"From the front desk, to the lab, to the nurse practioner Mona, to Dr. Jones, they all have given superior treatment! The only complaint I have is the waiting, once you're in the actual office, can be a little long on occasion. However, I appreciate the time Dr. Jones spends with me so it's not really a complaint."

"This place is the worst when it comes to appointments. My son was supposed to be seen today according to a call center representative and come to find out at the office they switched it to Oct 2nd WITHOUT ANY NOTICE!! Also the nurses at the front are SUPER RUDE and give you an attitude for no reason. This is very upsetting because my son had to miss school and his dad took the day off to watch over him . NEVER AGAIN!"

"I love my Nurse Practitioner, Amanda! She is the best! She always takes her time with me and my questions. Also, my Dad sees Dr. Jones, and she is very patient with my 84 year Dad. He likes how she takes her time to answer all of his questions. I have been a patient here for a long time and love the staff and nurses."

"The front desk staff was kind and professional, they took their time with me scheduling and answered all my questions. The on site lab is very convenient and results come back in very quickly. Dr. Jones answered all my questions, did not make me feel rushed at all, and was overall awesome! Her nurse Michelle did a great job checking me in and updating all my info. Highly recommend USMD Bedford location!!!"

"First visit Was today when I walked in the office smelled clean and pleasant. Big plus because a clean office is extremely important. I met Meghan and Kristen they were amazing very patient and informative. Mehgan was very thorough about everything. I felt like she understood everything I was talking about. She made sure I understand what she was explaining as-well. Kristen was very thorough as-well she did amazing explaining how to go about labs I need. I couldn’t be more pleased with how amazing these ladies are."
