"PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I was seen by the Nurse Practitioner “Sarah”. She was colder than a block of ice! Doesn’t give a rats a$$ about people’s health. She checked me for the flu. Simple test which turned negative. I told her I had a migraine and was out of my sumatriptan. She suggested for me to take Sofran! What moron suggests anti-nause medicine for a migraine? That’s not how it works! I asked for a steroid shot for the ear inflammation and infection, she said “we don’t do steroid shots here”. So, it’s really NOT a clinic! It’s a SCAM!!!! I should have gone to CareNow instead! This place shouldn’t be called a clinic if all they can do is put a bandaid on a wound! She said she would speak to her colleague to see if they could do a script for oral steroids. After 10 minutes, she said her colleague said “No to steroids”. I said “My ENT has prescribed me steroids when I have had issues with my ears. But you claim it’s not called for?” Again, this place should be shut down because they are NOT a clinic!!!! What a joke of a place! STAY AWAY!"
"This is the first time I've ever felt the need to leave a negative review for a clinic or doctor's office. But yikes. I went in for a simple test. And the Dr. or NP literally refused to let me take it because my symptoms, which match what I requested a test for, also *could* be something more serious. At least she was polite as she let me walk out untested and untreated. What a waste of time. Should have known better than to go to a clinic owned by a corporation. Do yourself a favor and just go to a private practice."
"Go through their house name 20 minute check in, just to be told they don't have any availability. Freaking disrespectful. "Give us all your personal information right now!!!" Then "we got what we want, now scram!" A block down the street is a Walgreens that's also horrible but still better than this CVS minute clinic."
"I would give a 0 if I could. Went here to get a covid test. You have to log in at a kiosk well that wasn’t working and it kept glitching. When I ask for help the First Lady ignored me completely. Finally got her attention when she came back out and told me to talk to someone else. When I did, they told me they canceled my appointment because I was 10 mins late. Well, I was messing with the broken machine for 10 mins trying to sign in. They blew me off and told me to schedule an appointment for another day. Horrible customer service. No human decency. They don’t care! Go somewhere else if you can!"
"I arrived 4 minutes early for a biometric wellness screening on Saturday, October 24th and signed in at the Kiosk per instructions in my email after scheduling my appointment online. It showed I was next with 0 minutes remaining. I decided to look at the cards while waiting. A woman (I have no idea what her name was but she obviously was having a bad day) opened up the door from one of the rooms and said, “if you’re waiting for minute clinic, you need to go back to your car and I’ll call you when we are ready.” So I went back to my car (guess you can’t shop) and she called me 26 minutes after my scheduled appointment and was blunt and rude, asking me what I’m in for. Once I told her a biometric screening (I had made an appointment for that online) she said, when did you eat last? I told her breakfast and what time I ate it and she cut me off saying I can’t do it and need to come back early morning when I’ve fasted. I was so upset. 5-6 hours might not be ideal but that’s up to me. And she was rude and almost 30 minutes late. What is the point of making an appointment? I will never go back there for anything. I decided to drive to the CVS minute clinic in Hurst inside Target after that waste of time and signed in at the kiosk as a walk in with no appointment and the nurse practitioner there (Sunny Brown) was so so friendly and accommodating and saw me right away. So if you need a minute clinic service, just go to Target! And they give you a $5 shopping coupon."
