"I am disappointed as the other doctors in the practice have been nothing but wonderful. Dr Lombard does not respond to messages,she said she would call me as soon as my lab work was back,it's been almost a week and nothing. Front desk tried helping me but I guess doctor prefers not to take care of her patients... I love Dr Bilinski and Dr Hidalgo-they're both very reliable, emphatic,and knowledgeable. I made a mistake going to Dr Lombard this time:("

"Place is very clean, front desk was helpful. Dr Lombard was helpful, and very straight to the point which is i belive what every new mom want. It was also a very fast service we got our first appointment done in an hour, loaded with information and smiles on our way out. Will definitely recommend"

"Dr. Emily seemed nice and approachable but that’s about as far as it went. It’s been a month and i have not received my test results. After my visit she set the expectation that she would call me to inform me of my lab results. No call. I also had additional test done at another hospital and once they sent her my results she was suppose to call me once again no call. I tried on various occasions to call but her receptionist is rude has even hung up on me and doesn’t even ask for my information to leave her a message simply states she isn’t here and to call back another day or she is busy to call back later. The lack of communication makes me realize this place is beyond unprofessional and I will not be back. Do not come here. This office is also shared with a dentist office so you can hear the drilling and cleaning going on while you’re waiting."
