"My mother has been seeing the Dr. for a few yrs now. We have no issues with him but the office staff, specifically Felipa, needs a better attitude… especially being in a management position. Every-time you talk with her on the phone she is rude and short and makes rude breathe noises like you’re annoying her. Why they made her the office manager, I do not understand. She has the worst attitude and “care giver manners” of anyone I have ever dealt with in this line of work. If you don’t like your job or talking to people maybe you should do another line of work. I have had several horrible phone calls with her and I’m just to the point because of her, I do not refer anyone to this office anymore and I am also to the point of looking for a different Dr. for my mom which is sad because the Dr. is a good Dr. but we just can’t keep dealing with the rudeness he allows in his office… especially from someone that is suppose to be considered a manager so to speak. Managers do not act like that ! I hope he realizes her attitude before he continue to loose clients because of her."

"I like the doctor and his little nurse is sweet as can be, but I have never dealt with a more rude office staff. It's like I can not even schedule an appointment without getting attitudes. I have never had an office staff make me feel guilty for having medical issues before in my life. They act like it's some kind of hassle for them to do their jobs and act professional. I have made the choice to find another PCP."
