"Been taking my family here for almost 10 years, we love it, that staff is kind and accommodating. We have never had any issues. People on here complaining about wait times, every doctor's office, including the dentist, there are wait times. The doctors are very intelligent and have great bedside manner as well."

They have also written incorrect dates on my prescription so I couldn't to get my prescription. "This place feels like a government run facility. There is one lady at the front desk that is particularly rude, and likes to belittle you. I brought my son in here because he is sick, i didnt come jn here to argue with someone who thinks they are top dog and has to interject themselves into a conversation that has nothing to do with them. The wait times here are usually extensive, and there are printed out signs everywhere that informs you of all these extra bs charges you may incur. This place really needs and overhaul, but i guess in the medical field its out of absolute need that brings the patients in, not the warm atmosphere or the friendly faces, thats certainly not the case around this terribly drab place."

"TERRIBLE, DON'T GO! Incompetent staff, terribly long wait times, in person and on the phone EVERY time you call or go in. Repeated calls have to be made to correct mistakes on prescriptions written (Every visit). Extremely frustrating to deal with the entire staff, they just don't care. Currently looking for a real doctor elsewhere. Save your time and money and the headache and skip this place all together. This used to be a "tolerable" office when Dr. Lonergan was still here, it has gone extremely downhill since he left. Just today, Karla placed me on hold for more than an hour to check on a refill status for me, never returned to the phone. The staff does not respect your time, I've even noticed when I've been in, the phones ringing off the hook, and staff sitting around talking and complaining about how many calls are coming in, and when confronted with the issue of customer service? They blame it on the "new system". NO accountability whatsoever. Beyond DONE with this place. TRUST ME, go elsewhere!!!!!"
