"I’m old school and at times need to speak to a REAL LIVE PERSON concerning an issue with a procedure if I need an appointment or not.. When I secured the equipment the person in Fort Worth told me to check with Azle Quest to see if I need to make an appointment to return my test. Automation has its place but not here or in EVERY situation."

"Please be aware when coming to this facility. My parents were mistreated so badly and it absolutely breaks my heart. The workers here might think they are just a lab- but they should realize that these are people’s lives and they have a chance to help them- which might I say that is what they are being paid to do. The lady was so disrespectful and seemed very annoyed by my parents. She had absolutely no patience what so ever. Was very quick to turn them away before finding a solution. I ended up calling their doctors office to let them know the situation and they told me that they highly recommend all their patients to not use this quest specifically because they encounter issues with them often. However, they have never had issues with any other quests. They even mentioned they have contacted corporate several times but nothing has been resolved. Please think twice before stepping foot in this facility. I hope you find someone who treats you or your family member with care and respect, because we all deserve that. God bless."

"Well, my husband had blood work to do today. I hope Melissa treats her family members the same exact way how she treated my husband today. Call corporate waiting on a phone call from the manager. I don’t know why this girl is still working there. Apparently she doesn’t understand her job, but she wants to show her you know what to the public. Something I will not tolerate by anybody you do not treat an elderly or disabled or anybody the way she treated my husband. Hey Melissa, I hope you have a wonderful day please next time make sure you treat your family members the same way you treated my husband today"
