"Everyone at Be Well Azle is incredible! They take the time to actually listen and help with the issues you are having. Casey Fallman is a wonderful NP and the ladies at the front desk are always so sweet. I also started allergy shots with Liz and she is also incredible! She made sure to explain how to do my injections at home and has checked up on me to see how I’m doing with them. I’m so glad I found this office, I cannot recommend them enough! :)"

"I went in to see if Be Well Primary was for me, after a short consultation I realized they weren't. I was told I wouldn't be charged and now I am being harassed months after the fact. Don't use these people, you'll be viewed as a number and not a person."

"My wife and I are regular patients at Be well in Azle. My wife came down with flu like symptoms and 103 fever Tuesday night. I was on the phone at 8 am to try to get her seen to get her diagnosed. I left several messages after no response we went to an emergency clinic where she was treated. It is now Thursday at 4 in the afternoon and Be well has never returned my call. When you are sick you need to see a doctor. We will look for a Doctor."

"I've been going here for a little over a year now. Everyone seems very kind and friendly. I've gotten to know a few of the staff and consider them friends. Stephanie takes care of my alergy treatments and she is a hoot! I actually look forward to getting alergy shots twice a week, go figure. I enjoy going here and the people...oh and so far medically they have done me a good job too."
