"The PA's are really helpful, nice and have all been great with my kids. A few of the office staff members are helpful also. But office manager has left me frustrated. Had me pay for a visit, saying they would reimburse me when the issue with insurance was cleared up. Ins issue was cleared up within 1-2 months but it has been over 3 years and they will not refund the $100 Inwas forced to pay. Very frustrating on my end and can never get any answers or help with getting the refund. They tried to do the same thing this year for an appointment but I knew we would never see the refund this time either. So my son was not able to see the dr or get his medicine refilled. Called ins company and they stated they were not showing any reason for the office to try and charge me. Also showed me where they had sent proof of ins for the previous issue and said they had no idea why they would not refund me."
