"I feel like the title of this business is very misleading. My car ignition was damaged as someone was trying to steal my car. When I called and said I needed my ignition replaced the woman on the phone said okay then asked for the make and model of my car. As soon as I stated that my car was a Kia she refused to help me and said, “we don’t do that”. You don’t do what exactly? Not replace the key ignition when that’s literally the title you posted for your business on google??? TRASH! I’m just trying to get my car driving and no “locksmith” wants to help."

"This not a legit business. I called this place to help my mother and they said it was a $29 service fee and then another $35 and goes up depending on the work needed. All they had to do was unlock a car. They charged her $140 and then followed her to an atm saying cash only. My mother felt like she had no choice and then was followed to an atm which presents a huge safety concern. So i called the company back asking why she was charged $140 for a few minutes of service (they said its up to the technician) and then why they accepted cash only as a legitimate business and then proceeded to follow elderly mother to an atm. I was told the technicians terminal was down and it happens all the time ... so it just happens all the time so I'm supposed to be with okay with my mom just being followed to the atm? Anyway, they wouldn't do anything to right this wrong. They are content with their technicians taking advantage of elderly women who are stranded and then their terminals apparently rarely work so they follow customers to the atm for cash and then dont provide receips... just call roadside assistance, this isn't worth it!"
