"I always go to Sun Auto in one location but they were completely booked for a oil change so they referred Mr to another Sun Auto on Louetta. Great atmosphere, pleasant staff. So they completed the oil change and noticed my back Brakes and roters where near bald. So a nice gentleman named Damaris Peter's, notified me of the issue and informed me of my safety of continues driving as a hazard. He assisted me with the assistance of the Manager Travis Gould to give me the best product and price to be affordable at the time. I confirmed and they completed the labor in a timely manner. Excellent service and now they have a new loyal customer to service both of my vehicles. Thank you again to you and the staff for helping a old lady lol stay safe. Well not quite old. "Travis took very good care of me. Initially I called since it would be my first experience with Sun Auto. I asked about coupons/discounts for an oil change which includes: Check tire pressure Topping off fluids Oil filter Tire rotation Oil change Travis handled the discounts without me having to download. He even provided an additional discount when everything was complete to my surprise. My car was in and out in an efficient manner. They made service an enjoyable experience. "Both Damaris and Travis have fostered a no frills and customer friendly experience from the jump. At this day in age and my past experience with other auto mechanic companies, it was definitely refreshing to feel confident with leaving my vehicles with Sun Auto on Louetta Road. I just picked up our 1992 Buick Roadmaster that had some front end instability. It was ready for pickup shortly after Tyler the shuttle driver had just dropped me off at home. I recommend these folks because they are honest and reliable. That simple."
