"I arrived at 8:15. The bay doors were closed and there were 3 cars in line. After sitting there for 15 minutes I called the number. The man who answered said they would open at 9:30. I explained the website said they opened at 7. He said "yeah but we have no techs! WTH? IMO, those "employees" would be looking for new jobs! One not being on time or out sick, maybe, but ALL of them? Unacceptable!"
