"BUYER BEWARE : I was told over the phone and in person that that the shop would install "OE" (Original Equipment) brake parts for my 2022 Mini. Instead, they installed AutoZone garbage. My car now brakes WORSE than it used to! Oh yeah, they also nicked screws AND damaged two of my rims. When I confronted them about the issue, they did not accept responsibility, lied about the parts they used, and gave me a 10% coupon. To make things even worse, the shop stripped a screw from my car. They are liars and fraudsters. Clearly these folks take advantage of unscrupulous customers. I have been screwed out of hundreds of dollars AND my old, better working brake parts have been thrown away. BUYER BEWARE!!! IF YOU’RE INTERESTED : I had the car jacked up and inspected these supposed "OE" parts installed by Midas for myself. The serial numbers and manufacture codes matched AutoZone parts. I talked to multiple stores (one of them *may or may not* be AutoZone themselves) and received a confirmation that this kind of fraudulent activity is common from these chains. I have provided images for others to view for themselves. Please understand that these folks WILL NOT admit fault, but will put you through a runaround should they mess things up... UPDATE 2/19/2024: After a two week runaround by Midas Corporate, these folks CONTINUE to Not take responsibility for their damages. They deserve negative stars at this point. UPDATE 2/19/2024: The shop is still standing firm with their “work”. Please do yourself a favor and avoid these guys at all costs. Repairing these damages will cost me MORE than what I paid these clowns."

"I went to this location for an oil change. Great service I thought, until I got home and my truck was a quart low on oil. They charged me for 7 quarts. I should have checked before I left. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else."

"Took my car for a simple oil change and the skid plate was reattached incorrectly and was damaged. They denied that it was there fauand banged the skid plate into the vehicle and reattached it with couple of screws and said they were done and that it was all they were going to do to fix it. This is what happens when you try to save money. Never using this people again. My actual rating is less than 1 star."
