"Really sucks, we drove 3.5 hours to enjoy a lot of things in Galena. This place is one we really wanted to check out as I love history. Website says open daily but we get there and sign on door says closed for the season. Need to update a few things. Saturday March 2nd 2024 Galena was PACKED with people."
"It was very interesting! Cheerful guide! Informative excursion! 1826 years house - impressive!"
"Very interesting attraction, but we had to leave before we could get the tour due to an excessively long wait, even though we bought tickets in advance. I love history and these old attractions, I hope they can get a little more organized to get people through more efficiently."
"A great tour! The guide goes above and beyond. So friendly and knowledgeable. A very interesting tour, made even better by the narration and explanations of out guide. Thank you so much for going out of your way to return my service dogs' stuffie!"
"Very creepy!! Went on the walking tour and our group was small enough the leader let us tour the house quick!! Absolutely beautifully kept house with lots of history and creepy stories to tell! Definitely a tour I'd go on a 2nd time!"
