The technician explained everything that needed to be done and told us what we could do on our own, instead of doing it and charging us for it. It took about an hour and half for him to do all repairs but there were several things to be fixed. The price was great and I really appreciated that they told us before hand what they needed to do and gave us the option to do some ourselves."
