"We have been buying from this store for at least two years. We love the service and the prices. This evening I was highly disappointed in the treatment I received when I called. I am aware that the business closes at 6 and I am sure a price check could be done under 5 mins, but the audacity of the female employee to answer the phone without greeting and just say hold on and hang up is beyond me. People get on my nerves too but I don’t do that! Its just disheartening"

"These guys were great, i walked into the store at 5:52, just 8 minutes before they close and brought in the parts for my dryer. They tested them on-site and had all the parts i needed. Parts were a little expensive compared to online but who has the patience to wait a week for shipping? (i would have ended up buying the wrong part online anyways, i was testing for continuity where i should have been checking for Ω resistance)"

"I purchased this regular stock part- capacitor from local business in support. I tried to return it within 24 hrs of purchase. Return was rejected because it was 'installed' with microscopic scratch. Not sure if anyone can see in the picture. Mistake to buy from store, buy on Amazon you'll find most of their products there and have better chance of returning it. It's sad I had to write this but wanted to warn others of what to expect in case you ever decide to buy from them. Be cautious as they won't return anything !!! Follow-up on Jim's comment. No, when I purchased there was No showcasing of lack of scratches on the terminals. There is still no scratches on the terminal. Its just a reason not to return it. I would bet they'll always find something not to return it. Again this is just a warning for anyone who purchases from this establishment that they WILL find any reason to to return your product. They even print you a letter that gives every kind of assumption of why it wont' be returned. Just buy it under the assumption it will not be RETURNED, and you'll be satisfied."
