"The service techs balanced my tires wrong. Michael is the tech that worked on my car. The techs act like they don't know nothing. My car was shaking when I got to a certain speed. The service here is trash. Do not go to this location for auto service"

"I had road hazard warranty on all my Goodyear tires through Walmart and when one blew on the highway well below the 65K warranty I had my wife take it in to get it replaced. First they tried to charge her $100 for a new, different tire, when they had told her they had our tire in stock. Then, when she complained because we should have been either given the same tire for free or not charged for the difference because we had road hazard on it, they told her that actually it was a mistake and they had just rung it up wrong. Well, when she came home and told me all of this I checked the tire. It IS the wrong tire, but it’s a CHEAPER tire rated at lower mileage for its warranty (45K instead of 65K like my original tires were at) and cheaper if bought outright! This is so messed up and disrespectful. Why would you do this if you are the auto team? Is it laziness or spiteful? Do your job well and treat your customers well! I don’t think Walmart pays you to steal from customers, so why would you essentially do that to us by giving us a worse tire, lying to my wife, AND essentially not trying to fulfill our road hazard warranty?"

"Shockingly surprised! I took advantage of the Black Friday deals and got full set of tires for a Honda civic and it cost me less then a single tire anywhere else and they were good year all season tires. Service was amazing and lady was very friendly! The installation and pick up time was much quicker then I anticipated. I will definitely be a regular customer!"
