"I highly recommend Superior AC/Heat Co. Recently, my home was not heating, so I contacted Superior, as an emergency. A HVAC tech was sent out within 2 hours. The problem was immediately DX & the home needed a new heating & cooling system. The very next day, after the initial call, Tech’s installed a new air handler & AC compressor. Because this installation was performed during freezing weather, the AC compressor could not be adequately checked at that time. Eventually, when I turned on the AC to cool the home, it wasn’t cooling efficiently. I contacted Superior & on same day as call sent out Ryan Weaver, a HVAC tech who immediately DX the problems & got the AC system working efficiently & cooling my home. I highly recommend Ryan who is not only very thorough & skilled, but also courteous, reliable & dependable. Also, I thank Jessica who answered my calls & quickly got tech’s to my home & for the service manager’s quick response to these calls. My home has now awesome heat & cooling! Thank you, Superior!"
"I called with an AC emergency. My mother's house was not cooling as it should. Jessica, their office lady, was very kind and reasuring that a tech would be out quickly. About 45 minutes later the tech showed up and fixed my mother's AC next to nothing. "Never have I been so glad to call a company out for an issue. I was in a full panic mode today when my ac wouldn't come on. Thanks to Garrett's professionalism and kindness, he was able to calm me down and reasure me he would get the issue fixed quickly! Less than an hour later my ac is blowing cold as can be!
