"Juan is good mechanic, and he doesn’t try to upsell or rio you off with parts you don’t need. The issue really is the waiting. Sometimes your car will be there weeks and not have one thing done to it yet. Other times he says bring it on a certain day, and you get there and the shop is closed. The phone isn’t ever answered and messages are never returned. It’s hard when you need your vehicle and can’t afford to go for a prolonged time without it. Quick things like inspections ate the only thing I will use him for."
