"We came here for a quick stay, and could hear some loud music from another guest. The front desk team of Cameron and Shay were incredibly kind, professional, and most of all, empathetic. They politely addressed the noice with the other guests, and offered to set us up with a different room away from the noise. Grade A customer service, and I would absolutely stay, again. Give these two a raise!"

"We stay at the Aloft hotel in January for SCD conference. The service was excellent, Justin at the front desk went above and beyond to help us!!! Will the bartender was excellent!!! House keeping was great!! And the kitchen staff was wonderful!! I would definitely recommend your hotel, the service is out of this world!!"

"Came here for a New Year’s Eve event and can safely say I’ll never return. Rooms smelled musty. Paid for parking but they oversold the parking spots because NONE were available. Hotel staff had me park in valet lane overnight which did not feel comfortable. So at 3 in the morning after all the new years guests left I moved the car. Location is not good. Conference areas were not adequate for event."

"Not a great stay for us. The hotel charges $30 in fees and taxes, even for a free points stay - plus parking (although many others were not being charged for parking). Our room key did not work - the staff was very helpful in eventually moving us to another room. Definitely will look elsewhere next time ."

"I typically love the Aloft hotel chain because I love the value - clean rooms, updated interiors, and inexpensive rates. I'm also a lifetime titanium member, so Marriott has always been my jam. This one in particular hasn't been great. When I arrived at the hotel at 11pm, the receptionist informed me that there was a water leak and my room was no longer available/ready. All the other rooms were booked up, so they moved me to a Hilton property 15 min away. They apologized but didn't make it seem like it was a big deal. They offered me 5k points (when I saw the list of people, they had offered people 10-15k) and a free drink at the bar (I don't drink). I had to wait a few minutes before the driver was ready to take me over to the other hotel. By the time I got there, it was 11:40pm, and I was exhausted. The next day, after work, I came back to the Aloft and was finally given a room. They offered me another drink at the bar, and I reminded them (it was the same person I talked to) that I don't drink. Halfway through checking in, the receptionist just left, and I waited a couple of minutes before someone else came to help me. They seemed lost on what I was waiting for, but finally gave me my key. I went upstairs to my room, and of course, my key didn't work. So I came back downstairs to tell them with no apology from the front desk. They just gave me a key and chatted up their coworker like this wasn't a big deal. The room itself is fine. It's clean, so that's good. The AC unit has a small squeak noise that's annoying. I like how the hotel is close to decent food too, so I don't have to walk far. But overall, the customer service could be much better."
