"RUDE Customer service staff asked to be transferred to the automatic payment which normally they transfer me. This time the lady had an attitude gave me the number and hanged up without asking if I needed anything else. Maybe they should have the auto pay in place if their staff doesn't want to deal with customers. But overall the insurance price is okay"
