"I am needing to replace the screen on my s23 ultra which I found is on back order. I called about 6 locations of ubreakfixit and only 2 locations (1 being this location) kindly told me that they have something coming in this monday but it's first come first serve. I came to this location given how close they're to me. The staff is very kind and overall, I got my phone fixed. I'm very happy because I didn't have to wait till end of February."

"My laptop screen was starting to fall out of the casing so I dropped it off to have uBreakiFix repair it. When I walked in there was one person behind the counter helping a woman drop off her computer. Since only one person was working and the woman was having trouble remembering her password it took about fifteen minutes before I was able to speak with the employee behind the counter. He said they would call me the next day to explain what the repair and the cost would be. Three days passed without contact so I called in to get an update. The man on the phone explained what was going on and quoted me to perform the repair. I gave him the go-ahead and after about three more days I received a call back saying they would not be able to finish my repair. On the bright side, they did not charge me, which is how it should be since nothing was repaired, but on the downside my computer was in much worse shape when I picked it up than it was when I dropped it off. When I dropped it off the screen was starting to come apart but still opened and was usable. When I picked it up the laptop screen was disassembled with wires protruding to the point where the only thing keeping the screen connected to the laptop was a few wires, and while it turned on it is nearly unusable and I am surprised it even turns on. To say I am disappointed with the outcome of my “repair” is an understatement. The staff I dealt with were all very kind but when you take your laptop to someone who allegedly specializes in electronic repairs, no one wants to receive back the same laptop in much worse condition."
