"Horrible customer service from both Ronnie and Kristine Fox. I called to check the status of a maintenance request for one of our properties. The tenant had stated she had not received a service call and needed service. Kristine was very rude when I asked her to confirm the contact number for the tenant. This is a reasonable request when the tenant states they haven't received a call for a maintenance request that was submitted over a week ago. Instead of resolving the issue Ronnie would rather cancel service than get to the bottom of why the service tech and the tenant did not connect. I have been in the business over seventeen years and a service company like this should be avoided. There are allot of good service companies out there and I recommend finding one of them like I was able to do within an hour of speaking to Ronnie."
