"Absolute 5 stars! I placed a call to CPR Cell Phone Repair in order to repair a cracked screen on a Samsung S22 Ultra! Spoke to a gentleman by the name of Kendrick, whom was amazing from start to finish. He advised me that he had the hardware in stock, and recommended that I come on down to have it replaced. Kendrick was transparent about the entire transaction, and it took him about 45 minutes to replace. He is super friendly, and delivers very good customer service. As a whole, I can highly recommend CPR in Atascocita. Phone screen was replaced, everything is working well, and I am a happy customer."

Business hours say they’re open so I stop by and the door is locked and the open sign is off. *edit* Stephen contacted me and rushed over to open the store and help me out. He apologized for running late and explained to me the situation. I really appreciate the fact that he contacted me to make sure he could make it right for me. He remembered us when we walked in and handed the phone over. Great professionalism here and the repair makes the phone look brand new. "I went into another location for an estimate to fix my phone screen. I was walked through how to contact my phone insurance and was able to make an appointment for the next day with this location. When my screen completely blacked out, they were able to move my appointment up. When I was told it'd be 2 hours, the gentleman offered me his cell phone to be able to call my husband and tell him what was going on. My screen was completely fixed by the promised time. They even left the film on the screen for me to peel off. (Probably the best part)"
