"I had a disappointing experience with service representative Brandon A. at this Midas location. Despite coming in to replace both corroded terminals, Brandon opted to replace only one. When I inquired about his approach, asking if he would have done similar work for someone like his wife or daughter, he dismissively replied with "I don't have one." This lack of thorough service and apparent indifference to the importance of the work diminishes my confidence in recommending both Brandon and this Midas location to others."
