"I'm pretty certain that some of these 5 stars are fake. They have to be. My experience with King Wireless alone tells me that the 5 star reviews aren't true. This is why...I brought my phone in for repair because the screen went black. I called before I went to make certain that this place was capable of repairing this type of issue. I spoke with Mohammad and he assured me that my phone could be fixed. I bought the phone in on Wednesday morning, and Mohammad said that my phone would be fixed by the end of the day, at latest, Thursday morning. I was so excited because he sounded confident that he could fix my phone, even after receiving the phone and taking a look at it. I hate to say that I was let down and deceived. I did not hear back from anyone Wednesday evening, so I called on Thursday morning. I was told by a lady (Who I assume is the wife) that Mohammad was not there and would not be in until after 1pm. I was very disappointed and explained my frustration. The lady apologized and told me she would try to contact him. I never received a call back and when I called again, no one answered. I showed up on Friday and spoke with the lady that was there, and again she told me that Mohammad was not there again. She called him and we spoke on the phone and this time, he told me that he could not give me a date as to when my phone would be fixed. I asked could he at least give me a timeframe and he said he did not know. Maybe one, week, or two weeks, he did not know. I left the store frustrated because he had already dissected my phone and I did not want to wait for him to put it back together. I told him that I would give him until Monday to come up with an answer. Fast-Forward to Monday. The store opens at 10:00a.m. and no one showed up until after 12:00p.m., I waited in the parking lot the entire time. When he walked in the building, I told him to just give me my phone back and I took it somewhere else. AND my phone still was not fixed.Come to find out, after getting a second and third opinion, the phone could not be fixed. So maybe he didnt know what he was doing. I dont know. I absolutely do not recommend King Wireless."

While we were picking up the tablet, (same day) we asked if they could repair a cracked screen on my iPhone. They also did that in 10 minutes while we waited! Very professional and kind people. "Had an absolutely amazing experience here after my screen breaking with my S22 Ultra. I initially went into my Verizon store and told them about the issue. They refused to give me any information on how to fix my phone and the only solution they offered was to "sell me a new phone". They didn't even give me information on where to get my phone repaired. Quick google search showed king repair right across the street. Walked in, explained the issue. I was told about the price before the repair and dropped my phone off. It was ready 25 hours later and in perfect condition. I would use king wireless and repair again if I have any more issues with my phone."
