"Called and talked to a young lady named Erica. Described an issue I had with my oven and the part I needed to fix it was discontinued. Sent pictures and shortly was called back and told that they could not fix it but she would call several of her vendors to see if any of them could help. She set me up with a vendor who I think can fix my problem. All on her own time after knowing they were not doing business with me. What a first class operation. No wonder they have 273 reviews with an overall 5 star rating!"
