"One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. I used this company because they were tied to a warranty at Lowes I looked at reviews and they are suppose to be good but... First this was around late November so i expected some delays but it took a week to get to the house. The repair guys don't speak English (Not sure what language not a huge deal but it is a bit difficult) They looked at machine and it didn't look like he knew what he was doing but eventually decided the motor was bad... (The basket wasn't spinning i figured) They said they didn't have the part and had to order it. After no response for 2 weeks I called in and was told the part had arrived and they would put me at the back of the list and they would arrive in a week. 1 week later they arrived and found the part was broken. They left and reordered the part. After about a week the part arrived and they rescheduled for a week out. They installed it and gave us their number incase something went wrong. 1 month later... the washing machine breaks again. After a week to get them to my door they evaluate and find that the pump is broken and shorted the motor now I need both parts. They assure me they will get the parts and put me at the front of the list. After 2 weeks I call. They say my ticket is no longer open. That lowes pulled it and I should talk to them. I called lowes and they noted that no one had spoken with them since the first fix and that they assumed the ticket was complete. Aside from the above Customer Services is horrible. If you call in most often you get a machine and it will hang up on you after 3 minutes. If you get ahold of the service person they will not give you to management and will basically relate to you that time frames are what they are and their is nothing they can do. I normally don't write these but I am so frustrated with them. Please if you have any other option I would recommend staying away from this company. Edit: The response after says I had a successful repair... First: It took over 1 and 1/2 months for the "successful repair" Second: the damage to the pump that caused the second motor damage was most likely from the repair. Third: The repair person told me to reach out to them if there was a new failure. Forth: After the return as a "courtesy" they did not turn in a new part request to the ticket or let Lowes know there were any additional issues. Fifth after the "courtesy" review they did not tell me they were not moving forward. I had to call them 2 weeks later to find they were not moving forward."
"Was directed by choice home warranty for repairs of a refrigerator. No one in the office spoke English and the technician also didn’t speak English. This makes communication very difficult. Then they didn’t even submit the claim for repairs to choice. My scheduled diagnosis was rescheduled 4 times and they still didn’t show up on time and now I have to have another company do this whole process over again. Unless you have a different language to communicate with these people don’t hire them."
"My refrigerator wasn't chilling, so I called Yota, and they were able to schedule me for the same day! Ivan found the problem and described the dysfunction to me when he got there. The item was received the following day, and the repair was completed promptly, which was the finest part. Of course, I would tell all of my friends about Yota!!"
