"Another horrible day at the North Hampton Pools. One guard on duty for the holiday with a full party of small children. The guards are not the issue. It is management of this company that is lacking integrity and honesty. This company has over extended themselves in the number of pools they guard and cannot full fill their responsibility. They will schedule a guard for a shift and then try to guilt them into working the whole day. The excuse then when no one shows up is that the other relief guard just refused to work or they suddenly quit. Not that we do not have enough guards to cover all of the positions. Most of their guards have quit because of the miserable working conditions. Beware of this group."

"I don't have anything positive to say about this company. Their lifeguards are a joke. They drink alcohol while on the stand, let their friends into the pool, play incredibly inappropriate music while children are swimming.. I could go on and on. It's just insane to me that my HOA fees pay them to party. If you call the company to complain, don't expect a call back or any kind of acknowledgment. I wonder who will be held accountable if something tragic happens while one of their drunk guards are on duty?"

"This is a company which has created different rules so that they can usurp more money from residents. They manage cypress creek lakes pool and we had a party there last week. In the beginning, they said that we need to have 3 lifeguards for the party, on the last day they changed it to 5 saying that it was a safety requirement to have 5 lifeguards Clearly to make more money, they hire kids as lifeguards. When I went to the pool the next day, I found that the pool was full of residents and had more than 60 people, had only two life guards at the whole pool. HOA should be asking them where did safety go when they had two lifeguards? Their definition of safety changes when they have to staff on weekend? When I called the supervisor, he said they were short of people. Really? HOA has to look into their practices. I will be complaining to the my HOA about them. I had to leave 3 VM to get a call back from them....pathetic customer service."

"Very professional staff all around. They booked my party with ease and the lifeguards that were staffed did a great job. We will book another party next year."

"This company is terrible. Customer service is almost as non existent as their pool cleaning service, the difference being is that their staff talks back. Our pool water is constantly filthy, even after the supposed “deep clean” day that allegedly happens twice a week. All of these positive reviews here are BS as is DS."
