Their technician arrived right on time and quickly diagnosed that the problem was not an a/c related issue but a separate plumbing problem. It was not something they were equipped to handle so they recommended we call a plumber. Before the technician left he decided to perform a quick check on our a/c system and even did some minor interior cleaning. The technician was extremely polite and really knew his stuff. He was there for over an hour but since he could not help us he did not charge us. I would have happily paid for the service call and the diagnosis but they didn't ask for a cent. "When Our 19 year old air conditioner started blowing hot air at 4:00PM one hot Saturday afternoon. My son n law said he used Advantage Mechanical Services last year, so we gave them a call. He said he would come out. He inspected the old unit and showed us a small leak on the outside unit, but said he felt something else was going on. He went upstairs and found a larger leak. I thanked him for coming out and informed him I would be getting more bids, which I did. He not only came in a little less expensive, for the unit we were looking at, he could answer all the questions I threw at him. We scheduled to replace my unit later on that week only for Advantage Mechanical Services to send a crew out the next day, due to a rescheduling with a customer. His crew was excellent, on time, fast, worked hard, answered all my questions and took care of my floors with proper floor coverings and cleaned up all the trash.
