"Gofar came out a week ago because the oven on my stove was not heating up, the bottom heating element was broken in 3 places. They ordered a new element and replaced it a week later. The technician was very nice, and it only took a few minutes. I will definitely use them again."
"This company came out to diagnose my refrigerator. They provided a diagnosis of a refrigerant leak a claimed the need authorization to find leak. They then asked to authorization to change the compressor which was going to take over a week to get. When questioned about why the diagnosis was changed they refused to do any further work and did not even have the decency to notify me. I found out after waiting a week plus from my warranty company. Very unprofessional. If they know what they are doing they should be able to justify it. I would recommend calling some else."
"I don't write reviews however I was very pleased with the tech who serviced our refrigerator. Came out same day as they advertised and fixed our refrigerator in about 15 minutes. Also while he was there I asked him to look at my stove that was having a small flame on one of the burners and he fixed it with a needle in about 30 seconds at no extra charge. Highly recommended."
