"Do. not. take. your. phone. here. These people are basically scammers. I took my phone in for a simple screen replace. When I pick up the phone has no service. They claim my phone "was deactivated due to an outstanding balance on the account". Of course I can't call my provider to double check since they broke my phone.... and I don't have any info written down on me to use their phone there. I insisted on trying but since they were almost closed they shoved me out the door pretty much. Of course all the above was a complete lie, no issues with payment on my account. I am now down the repair fee which they won't refund and have to get a new phone completely. These people just messed up my phone with no consequences. TL;DR these people belong in jail. yet they are still in business. RUN AND TAKE YOUR PHONE ELSEWHERE."
