Mario noted quickly that it was just the wax seal was damaged on my toilet and the pipe was not damaged. I knew I could've done it myself, but didn't want to invest the time. He completed project on the spot in 1 hour for $250. He also replaced broken bolt and caulked around the toilet. He did good work, was meticulous, and efficient.
