"Our washer initially flooded the house the day before Christmas Eve and we had to get a service tech out ASAP to fix it. The first tech put a bandaid on it. The first two washes went okay with no leak until the following washes causing another Titanic incident in our house on Christmas Eve. Nobody was able to get to us quickly, and the first tech would not even come back with the flood in our house. This is when we called Max to come in, and he was able to come at 7am Christmas morning and fixed everything. We are extremely grateful especially given it was Christmas and it’s hard to get someone out"
