Instead of immediately replacing the gas valve we called Fuse 6pm for a second opinion and 2 hours later Aden and his team arrived. They ran the same diagnostics and found a simple loose wire, no issues with the gas valve. We had our heating back 2 hours after our initial call with Fuse.
