"They messed my laptop. It was fine until they got there hands on it. My laptop was customized for my command without much incident. Now it drags and loads and loads and drag. They like some bogus mechanic who want you keep you coming back. Pls get it right!"

"Appt at 1pm. Arrived on time. Told to sit and wait a minute. More than 15 mins later, still waiting. Had to ask the rep how much longer I had to wait. Response was he would be right with me but he has something important and urgent that he had to finish. So my time is not important? I understand and would have understood that he had to finish servicing his previous appt (if it even was a previous appt and not a walk-in) if he was upfront about the wait. More than 20 minutes later, he comes to "test" my laptop (which was not turning on) and in less than 5 minute tells me that it's not the power cord (which I already knew) and that it could be the port but he wouldn't know for sure until they send it off to another facility to fix. Really? Wasted almost 30 minutes just to have him tell me they can't fix things onsite!! Don't waste your time here."
