"I was given a service window of 4-6 pm, cleared my schedule and took 2 hours unpaid off work. I called when no one arrived by 6 and was told the tech would reach out to update me. “Yuri”showed up unannounced at 6:30 pm reeking of cigarettes and then didn’t have the part needed to fix my washer. I said I was displeased that he was very late and had not called prior to arriving, as I was told by the dispatch. He said he was very busy and also stuck in traffic, to which I said I deserved at least a call to update me on his status. He was unapologetic and I said I didn’t think I should have to pay the service fee and also that I would be making a formal complaint for his lack of professionalism."
