"Brigette was a very knowledgeable Sales Rep and did a great job coordinating with the install team. The previous unit was 31 years old. Our home had a unique addition that did not allow for easy access. A return was installed and the crew had to crawl back through the eaves to that part of the house. Kevin came and checked on the install and was very polite and professional. I am having issues with another unit that a different AC company installed and I am having Northwind come and service it.
